Intervention & Programming

Intervention & Programming

REACH Interventions/Programs are created specifically for each need and challenge that is being faced. Through active collaborative listening and participation, uniquely designed interventions and programs will be set in motion to best address and support rehabilitation and recovery. Some interventions will follow similar frameworks when they are in rapid response to active emergency situations. Following those crises as well as in less urgent crises situations, interventions and programs will involve a variety of methods and responses such as sessions, workshops, groups, therapeutic modalities, counseling, assessments, collaborative creativity, etc.

REACH Interventions are designed to:

  • Respond to emergency trauma situations and crises, providing critical stress response management, with situation assessment and evaluations
  • Custom design short-term and long-term intervention and recovery plans using collaborative methods for situational intervention and care that are comprehensive and holistic in their target goals and objectives
  • Provide various therapies, trauma assessments and rehabilitative treatment/activities that are best suited for the individuals or situations requiring intervention and support
  • Use a culturally sensitive approach to generational trauma history and current relational history when researching, programing, and providing intervention processes and rehabilitative education
  • Address adverse childhood experience and provide positive enriching experiences that lead to improved relational health and rehabilitation from the original and secondary traumas
  • Approach care through a safe, trauma informed, integrated whole person lens that understands the impact trauma has on the development of the brain, on physiological health, mental health, and personal well-being
